IRE Conference: Airport Cities - Smart Regional Development

As part of Romania’s EU presidency, the “Institute of the Regions of Europe” organized a conference in Brasov together with the “Democratic Forum of Germans in Kronstadt” on the promotion and importance of airports for regional and national developments.
Due to its central location, the city of Brasov is of particular importance for Romania’s tourism and is the most important industrial location - with a focus on automobiles and aerospace.
