Art from Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 21st Salzburg Europe Summit
The art exhibition at this year's 21st Salzburg Europe Summit at the end of September will be delighted by young artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, IRE Chairman Franz Schausberger met with the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Siniša Bencun, at the embassy in Vienna to discuss current developments in the Western Balkans, but also this year's 21st Salzburg Europe Summit.
The art exhibition, which has been a fixture in the Salzburg Europe Summit program for three years now, will this year offer space to young artists from the various entities of Bosnia-Herzegovina and will once again be curated by our cultural representative Zoran Šijaković in cooperation with IRE member District Brčko.
The 21st Salzburg Europe Summit will take place from September 28th to 30th, 2025 under the motto “Europe and Hope” at the Salzburg Congress.
Also discussed were the current geopolitical situation in Europe under the impression of Donald Trump's second term as US President, but also the domestic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the entities and the cantons. Ambassador Bencun emphasized the enormous importance of an active enlargement policy and the full integration of the Western Balkan states into the European Union.
