Students from the US and Canada visited the IRE for a talk about European politics.

Salzburg. For many years there is a fruitful cooperation between the IRE and the Salzburg College, an academic institution in the American academic tradition that partners with more than 150 universities across the USA. Every year students from the Salzburg College conduct an internship at the IRE. On Thursday, 4th April students from Texas, New York, Washington D.C. and Canada together with Prof. Edward Stuart (Northeastern University Illinois) visited the Institute. Secretary General Joachim Fritz, Policy Advisor Stefan Haböck, Project Manager Stefanie Hauser and our current intern Šejla Halilović (Bosnia-Herzegowina) presented the work of the IRE, the internship porgram and the group discussed European politics.
